Wet printing equipment

In addition to the large scope of washing machines, Klieverik manufactures a large variety of equipment used in the field of wet printing.

Vacuum strainer

Vacuum strainer for the filtering of printing colors and thickener emulsions. The machine is available with various capacities.

Drum elevator

Drum lifting and tilting device for lifting and tilting of drums into the vacuum strainer. This device can be delivered with different lifting heights.

Thickener preparation unit

High capacity installation for the preparation of thickener with a maximum viscosity of 15.000 cP (measured with a Haake viscosity meter). The standard thickener unit consists of one or more mixing tanks, an emulsifier, a lift, a turn frame for the emulsifier and an operation console. All parts in contact with the thickener are made of stainless steel. The frame of the emulsifier is connected to a column. The movements up and down are carried out pneumatically. The operation handle is mounted against the operating frame of the emulsifier. The side movement is done manually. The unit is built together on a solid frame which can be erected, and there is also an air conditioning filter for pressure air.

Mixers

Klieverik offers a wide variety of mixing units for the mixing of print paste, such as the wall frame mixer that consists of two parts, namely a wall frame and a mixing unit. Other mixers in the range of devices are the table top mixer, the automatic robot color mixer and the multiple sample mixer.

Beating/brush and Suction unit

This device effectively removes lint, fluff, dust and other foreign matter from fabric surfaces at speeds compatible with modern processing lines. The units are quiet, highly reliable and easy to maintain. Its multiple action, combined with the option of a built-in static-removal system, makes it ideal for cleaning a wide range of natural, synthetic and blended fabrics.

Dosing unit

Device for automatic dispensing of liquid thickener components, including water, in the thickener preparation unit.
